More Pictures from Epstein's Property Disclosed by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Site blueprints for the financier's secluded Caribbean island included in the released materials.

Additionally included in this new document release seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.

The financier purchased a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.

These photos reveal he had drawn up development schemes to build upon the sprawling island by constructing homes, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a pool.

Marked on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the region, indicated on the bottom right.

This development map is annotated in red pen markings and contains a notes section labelling distinct areas of the estate.

Accompanying this are what seem to be nine other site drawings and construction drawings, including layouts for marina coverings.

Additional materials disclosed as part of the ongoing oversight disclosure.
